At the Firm Fitness, we believe everyone should have a chance to workout. No more using kids as an excuse, because we offer FREE child care during staffed hours. 

 Child Care Hours

Monday-Friday 10 am - 9pm 

Saturday 9 am - 6 pm

Sunday 12 pm - 6 pm
